PAY WHAT YOU WISH - TICKETS:

For General Area seating, we ask a: *Pay-What-You-Wish* fee (per person)  -

[Suggested amount: $15 per person]  

 Your donation will be collected day of performance. 

NewWerx Productions is a registered - Not-For-Profit Organization

Note: Premium Seating (Specially reserved) must be purchased in advance, 

and space is limited.  

A Receipt of purchase (E-Ticket) is required to sit in Premium area.

PERFORMANCE DATES/ TIMES & LOCATIONS:

GENERAL seating is first-come, first serve for ALL performances. 

SEATING:

GENERAL seating is first-come, first serve, outside of the Premium seating area. 

  Chairs are NOT permitted in the main playing area. Seating is on the ground, picnic style, and we recommend guests bring blankets, cushions, and/or pillows to add to their comfort.

If you require accessible seating, please contact our Box Office (PRIOR to your arrival) (info@NewWerxProductions.com) if you'd like to reserve accessibility seating on the day of your performance.

RESERVED PREMIUM SEATING ensures you have a specific reserved area, close to the performance.

This special reserved area will be marked off for those who have purchased PREMIUM seating. 

(A limited number of seats are available here.)

Receipt of purchase (E-Ticket) is required to sit in PREMIUM area.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:

Refunds will only be made if the performance is cancelled PRIOR to performance date, otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ARRIVAL TIME:

We recommend arriving 30-45mins prior to performance. As seating is General Admission, we recommend arriving early as possible to find a comfortable spot in the park. 

General Seating is first-come, first serve, and any area in the location is available

(Except PREMIUM RESERVED area) 

(There will be someone in attendance to greet & seat PREMIUM SEATING guests)

WHAT SHOULD/CAN I BRING?:

This is an outdoor venue so we suggest you wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions. You may also wish to bring sunscreen, bug spray, an umbrella, and a blanket 

or cushions on which to sit.

You may also consider a small picnic of snacks. 

PLEASE NOTE: Alcohol is NOT permitted. Also: please refrain from single use plastics. 

 Place all garbage and refuse in receptacles around the park.

Please DO NOT bring chairs.

PARKING:

On site and Road Side parking is available.

WASHROOMS:

On site washrooms are available at location.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?:

No, except for service animals, pets are not allowed at this event.

AMPLIFICATION:

This is a traditional Shakespeare style performance. 

No amplification will be used during this event.

COVID RESTRICTIONS:

Please do not attend if you have a fever or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have had close contact with anyone suspected or confirmed of having COVID-19.

RUN TIME OF PRODUCTION:

This performance will run Approx 75mins in length.

Shakespeare In The Park is a Pay-What-You-Wish, General Admission Event. 

(Pay what you wish donations can be made onsite the day of the performance.

100% of funds earned from the performance will go towards the performers 

and future NewWerx Productions.

PREMIUM SEATING Pricing was established to help ensure we raise funds for future performances, and employ more performers in the Niagara Region. 

Plus, PREMIUM Seating guarantees excited audience members an up close and personal experience.

NewWerx Productions is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT Registered organization.

 Every single dollar earned is returned to future productions, and Artist employment.
